Finding a course to take
The course list is the front of your organisation’s site. It shows the courses you are able to see, which is not always all of them.
Looking through
Each card shows the course name, what it covers and how big it is — the number of modules and lessons. If a course costs something, the price is on the card.
Search by name or by anything in the description. It is the quickest route when you have been told a title.
If a course is not listed
It is hidden rather than listed
A course can be set to be reachable by address but not shown in the list. This is how a course is shared with a few people without advertising it. If somebody sent you a link, use the link.
It is not finished yet
An inactive course is invisible to everybody except the people building it. There is nothing you can do but wait, and it is worth asking when it will open rather than looking again.
It is on another site
Grapevine runs a separate site for each organisation, and a course belongs to the site it was made on. If you were given an address different from the one you are looking at, that is where the course is.
You are already on it
Courses you are enrolled on are in My Courses rather than in the list of things to join.
What the card tells you before you commit
Opening a course shows the full description, the outline of what it covers, who teaches it, and the Course information panel — the price, the dates, whether anyone may enrol, and whether it is released over time.
All of that is readable without enrolling. The outline in particular is worth reading: it is the actual contents, not a summary.
